Forum: faqs Subject: Audo file available, problems downloading

hey all,
I've recently uploaded a few files to archive.org successfully. I've noticed that when I try to download my files, many times I get a page not found error or the file doesn't stream, etc. I've included the links to one of my files below. Could someone look into this for me? It seems hit or miss, sometimes I'm able to download the file, and other times I can't. Does it have something to do with another user accessing my file at the same time?
Any help would be great..

Thanks in advance
Chris

eek, i can't reproduce it.
i've loaded the "stream" link a bunch o' times.

i've looked around at the item and servers and all seems ok.

so if problems happen again, can you try using the
"Report Errors" link on the left hand side of the details page (and you can mention in the submit that I've checked around a bit and didn't find anything suspect). This will get our QA team to look at the item (and they might uncover something or be able to reproduce it).

Sorry for the inconvenience! I'm just not sure what else to look into at this very moment.
